How to Save Money

Dad and I took our car in for its bi-annual check-up June 19, 2012.  With coupons and such we only spent $16.95, that included oil and filter change, rotate and inspect four tires, inspect brakes, test battery, check air and cabin filters, check belts and hoses, top off all fluids.  The bad news is they wanted $275.00 for rear brakes, $30.00 for air filter, and $189.95 for fuel injector service.

Well they don't know and have Sid.  Yesterday and today it was cool sooooooooo

Yesterday was a learning day  Today was the easy day.

He wasn't smiling yesterday.  He had a much better day today.

A tool that Sid made to reset the hydraulic cylinder

Auto Zone
Cost:  Gumout Regane Complete Fuel System Cleaner $6.99,  Air Filter $10.59, and Dualast Gold Cmax Brake pads $49.99, Total with tax $69.50. A far cry from $494.95. Now I think our car is ready for our family trip to the outer banks in two weeks.
