Sid doesn't cook very often but when he does he gets creative.
This is turkey pepperoni, that he layered in first, and then poured our egg beaters on top and then added a whole wheat wrap. Turned on the unit and a few minutes later this, that he cut into fourths and then we rolled it and ate.

It is much easier to pour the egg in first then place the pepperoni pieces. Then place a "fork perforated" wrap on top then turn the unit on and cook. It's amazing how quickly these get done!
A few added condiments would be even better.
