Have you ever heard of a double blooming iris? I think I must have ordered one with my order last fall. Here it is 35 degrees and I have this beautiful iris blooming. This picture was taken last Saturday.
I took this picture because it reminds me of Grandma Young and her flowers out front of her house. I bought 3 of these last fall and they have bloomed all summer.

I like it! Iris's were my Grandma Kinsman's favorite so they always remind me of her. I think it is weird to have flowers around Halloween time also, but I love it!
